To establish the project's boundaries, my team delved into comprehensive research. We explored Yonge-Dundas Square and its surroundings, conducted extensive studies on emerging technologies, particularly Augmented Reality. Ethnographic research at Yonge-Dundas Square provided valuable insights. We narrowed our focus by defining a user persona based on existing data, pinpointing the reasons people visit the square and nearby entertainment spots.
